more about Bruce

The care and responsibility standards we have at the moment seem to be subsiding with regards to canine cruelty & bad behaviour.

The high number of dogs that continue to flood into Rescue Centres up and down the country demonstrates that not enough consideration is given to the needs, requirements or responsibility of owning a dog.

If there is any information Dog Whisperer World or Friends of Dog Whisperer World can provide that helps to keep just one puppy or Adult dog with its owners for life, then that’s all that Bruce & the team can ask for.

How and why did Bruce get a dog?In 2000 after another year of Corporate Sales, Bruce knew that he needed more of a challenge for life, so after training the next “Bruce” in the office (to keep going what he had started) Bruce took a short break to reflect and develop.

After careful consideration came the idea to get a dog, and while investigating the local papers he found that there wasn’t the sort of dog available that he was hoping for (a big dog for a big life).

It wasn't until looking through a more national advertising paper that Bruce saw an advert for Bullmastiff X Rottweiler Puppies, responding to the advert one ran over to him, she is Misha.

Bruce studied further into Adult & Child Psychology, Canine Psychology and the behavioural links and benefits between them.

Ever since Bruce started training his 1st dog Misha, followed by Duke, (who was born in Bruce’s hands), he decided to continue with this joyous feeling and see how far it could be developed with the other gorgeous rescue dogs - including 2 beautiful Rottweiler’s who were rescued from various situations/organisations.

"...Then came other people's dogs, someone said to me “I wish my dogs would do that”. Bruce responded promptly to the challenge with delight, and concluded the training (with quote “amazing” results)...then came rescue centres, dogs & staff...says Bruce.
